Configuring Maintenance Request Statuses

How to configure which maintenance statuses appear in key dashboard panels "All New", "All Open", and "Completed" on the Maintenance page.

Step-by-Step: Managing Status Categories

  1. Open Settings

    • Click your profile icon (top right corner), then select Settings.

  2. Navigate to Maintenance Settings

    • In the left sidebar, click Maintenance to go to maintenance-related configurations.

  3. Locate the Statuses Section

    • Scroll down until you see Statuses, which lists all maintenance status labels.

  4. Edit a Status

    • For any status, click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon to open the "Edit Request Status" panel.

    1. Assign a Category

      • Use the dropdown to select a category for that status:

        • New → appears in All New panel

        • Dispatched → appears in All Open panel

        • Closed → appears in Completed panel

    2. Choose a color

      • You can also choose the color of the status as it appears on the Maintenance page

  5. Create a New Status

    • You may create a new maintenance request status by clicking on the New Status button, and setting the Name, Category, and Color.
