Configuring Maintenance Request Statuses

How to configure which maintenance statuses appear in key dashboard panels "All New", "All Open", and "Completed" on the Maintenance page.

Manage Status Categories

  1. Click your profile or workspace menu.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click Maintenance.

  4. Scroll to the Statuses section.

  5. Open the menu for the status you want to update.

  6. Use the dropdown to select a category for that status:

    • New: Appears in the All New panel

    • Dispatched: Appears in the All Open panel

    • Closed: Appears in the Completed panel

  7. Choose the color for how the status appears on the Maintenance page.

  8. Click Submit.

Create a New Status

  1. Click New Status.

  2. Enter the status Name.

  3. Select the status Category.

  4. Choose a Color.

  5. Click Submit.
