Manage Status Categories
Click your profile or workspace menu.
Select Settings.
Click Maintenance.
Scroll to the Statuses section.
Open the menu for the status you want to update.
Use the dropdown to select a category for that status:
New: Appears in the All New panel
Dispatched: Appears in the All Open panel
Closed: Appears in the Completed panel
Choose the color for how the status appears on the Maintenance page.
Click Submit.
Create a New Status
Click New Status.
Enter the status Name.
Select the status Category.
Choose a Color.
Click Submit.
