Transaction Lookup Report

The Transaction Lookup report allows you to easily find and review specific transactions. This report provides detailed information to help streamline your accounting processes and enhance your visibility into transaction history.

Where to Find It

You can access the Transaction Lookup report on the Reports page under the Accounting category.

Parameters Available

The report includes several customizable parameters to refine your search:

  • Account: Select one or multiple accounts. By default, all accounts are selected.

  • Dated Before: Specify a date to filter for transactions that occurred before this date.

  • Modified After: Filter for transactions modified after a specific date.

  • Company: Select a specific company. By default, "All Companies" is selected.

  • Transaction Type: Choose from transaction types such as Invoice, Invoice Payment, Bill, Bill Payment, Refund, etc. By default all of them will be selected.

  • Minimum Amount: Set a minimum transaction amount.

  • Maximum Amount: Set a maximum transaction amount.

  • Sort By: Transactions can be sorted by either the transaction date (default) or modified date.

Report Columns

Once generated, the report provides the following details for each transaction:

  • Date: The date the transaction occurred.

  • Modified Date: The date the transaction was last modified.

  • Transaction Type: Type of the transaction (Invoice, Payment, Bill, Refund, etc.).

  • Contact: The contact associated with the transaction.

  • Site Name: Relevant site associated with the transaction.

  • Amount: The amount of the transaction.

Utilize this report to efficiently pinpoint and review transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your accounting workflows.
