The Lease Expiration Report provides a comprehensive view of leases set to expire within a specified date range, helping you efficiently manage lease renewals and tenant turnover.
Where to Find the Report:
Navigate to Reports.
Select the Unit/Lease category.
Click on Lease Expiration.
Report Parameters:
Start Date:
Select the beginning of the date range for lease expirations.
End Date:
Select the end of the date range for lease expirations.
Building (Multi-select):
Choose one or more buildings to only show lease expirations for those buildings.
By default, no buildings are selected.
Company (Multi-select):
Choose one or more companies to only show lease expirations for those companies.
By default, no companies are selected.
Include Month to Month Leases:
Select Yes (default) to include month-to-month leases in the results.
Select No to exclude month-to-month leases.
Include Moved Out Leases:
Select Yes (default) to include leases where tenants have already moved out.
Select No to exclude these leases.
Show Secondary Tenants:
Select Yes to display secondary tenants as separate rows.
Select No (default) to hide secondary tenants.
Understanding the Report:
The report includes the following columns:
Building: Name of the building.
Unit #: Specific unit number within the building.
Lease Expiry: Date the lease expires.
Tenant Name: Name of the primary tenant or secondary tenant (if selected).
When Show Secondary Tenants is set to Yes, secondary tenants will appear in separate rows with their names clearly indicated under the Tenant Name column.
