The Unit Vacancy report provides essential insights into vacant units across your properties. You can find this report on the Reports page, under the Unit/Lease category.
Report Parameters:
You can customize the report using the following parameters:
Building: Select a specific building or leave it set to All Buildings (default).
Company: Choose a specific company or leave it as All Companies (default).
Date: Specify the date for which you want to view vacancy details.
Report Columns:
The report includes the following information for each unit:
Building: Name of the building.
Unit: Unit number.
Bed / Bath: The number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Market Rent: Current market rent value for the unit.
Days Vacant: Number of days the unit has remained vacant.
Last Move In: Date when the unit was last moved into.
Last Move Out: Date when the unit was last vacated.
Totals and Vacancy Rate:
At the bottom of the report, you'll find totals for each applicable column. The Unit column total shows the count of units listed in the report. Additionally, the report calculates the Total Vacancy Rate, presented as a percentage, helping you quickly assess vacancy levels across your units.
