Rent Roll Reports

The Rent Roll reports provide comprehensive insights into tenant leases, rental charges, and occupancy details. These reports can be accessed from the Reports page under the Tenant category. All of the Rent Roll reports are grouped by building.

1. Rent Roll Report

Parameters:

  • Date: The effective date for the report.

  • Company: Single-select parameter. Defaults to All Companies, but can be narrowed to a specific company.

  • Lease Schedule Type: Choose between Monthly, Weekly, or Daily.

  • Rent Item(s): Multi-select option. Defaults to all items selected.

  • State: Filter leases by state. Default selection is All States.

  • Tenant Role: Select Primary (default) or Secondary.

  • Include Credit Note Schedules: Defaults to Yes. Choose No to exclude.

Report Columns:

  • Unit (Unit number)

  • Tenant (Tenant's name)

  • Lease Start

  • Lease End

  • Sec. Deposit

  • Rent

2. Rent Roll By Item (6 items) and (8 items)

These detailed Rent Roll reports break down rent charges by individual items.

Parameters:

  • Date: Report date.

  • Company: Single-select, defaults to All Companies.

  • Lease Schedule Type: Choose Monthly, Weekly, or Daily.

  • Items 1–6 (or 1–8): Select specific rent items individually.

  • Include Secondary Tenants: Defaults to Yes. Choose No to exclude.

  • Filter Invoices By: Defaults to Date. Alternative is Due Date.

Report Columns:

  • Unit

  • Sqft

  • Beds

  • Bathrooms

  • Tenant

  • Sec. Deposit

  • Total Rent

  • Separate columns for each selected item, with the item names as the column names.

  • Other Items: Summarizes charges not individually selected.

  • Balance

3. Rent Roll Analysis

An advanced analysis report providing detailed rent and occupancy data.

Parameters:

  • Date: Analysis date.

  • Company: Multi-select, defaults to All Companies.

  • Building: Single-select, defaults to All Buildings.

  • Rent Item(s): No default selection, you can choose any rent items you require.

  • Lease Schedule Type: Choose Monthly, Weekly, or Daily.

  • Include Credit Note Schedules: Defaults to Yes.

  • Display Previous Year Rent: Defaults to No. Select Yes to include previous year's rent comparison.

Report Columns:

  • Unit

  • Bed

  • Bath

  • Tenant

  • Sqft

  • Market Rent

  • Item Charge

  • Rent/Sqft

  • Deposit

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Balance
