Bill Templates

Learn how to set which bill template to use and how to print them for any bill.

View and Manage Bill Templates

  1. Click your profile menu.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Templates.

  4. The default tab is Bill, where you’ll see all available bill templates.

Here, you can:

  • Import the default template named Default Bill. This is the only importable template.

  • Edit, duplicate, or delete existing templates.

Select a Bill Template for Printing

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Profiles.

  3. Edit an existing management profile or create a new one.

  4. Set the Bill print template field to your desired template.

  5. Save your changes.

Print a Bill

  1. Go to the Vendors page.

  2. Select the relevant vendor.

  3. Click the Transactions tab.

  4. Find the bill you want to print.

  5. Click the dropdown menu next to it.

  6. Select Print.

  7. Select the print template to use.

  8. Click Print.

This opens a new tab with a printable document using your selected template.

Default Bill Template Details:

The Default Bill template includes:

  • Bill number

  • Vendor name and address

  • Your company name and address

  • Itemized details: quantity, description, and amount per line

  • Total amount due clearly displayed at the bottom.
