Bill Templates

Learn how to set which bill template to use and how to print them for any bill.

You can easily manage and print bill templates following these simple steps:

View and Manage Bill Templates:

  1. Go to Settings in your account.

  2. Click on Templates in the left sidebar.

  3. The default tab is Bill, where you'll see all available templates.

Here, you can:

  • Import the default template named "Default Bill" (the only importable template).

  • Edit, duplicate, or delete existing templates.

Select a Bill Template for Printing:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Profiles from the left sidebar.

  3. Edit an existing management profile or create a new one.

  4. Set the "Bill print template" field to your desired template.

Print a Bill:

  1. Navigate to the Accounting Vendors page.

  2. Select the relevant vendor.

  3. Click the Transactions tab.

  4. Find the Bill you wish to print.

  5. Click on the three-dot menu (β‹―) next to it, and select "Print".

This will open a new tab with a printable document using your selected template.

Default Bill Template Details:

The Default Bill template includes:

  • Bill number

  • Vendor name and address

  • Your company name and address

  • Itemized details: quantity, description, and amount per line

  • Total amount due clearly displayed at the bottom.
