Deposit Templates

Viewing and Managing Deposit Templates

  1. Click your profile menu.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Templates.

  4. Select Deposit.

Here, you can view, import, edit, duplicate, or delete Deposit templates.

Available deposit templates include:

  • Default Deposit: Default selection

  • Deposit by Check

  • Deposit Slip (Compacted)

  • Deposit by Building

Set a Deposit Template for a Bank Account

  1. Click Accounting.

  2. Click Accounts.

  3. Select the relevant bank account.

  4. Click Edit Account.

  5. Select your preferred template from the Deposit print template dropdown.

  6. Save your changes.

This option is only available for bank accounts, not other account types.

Printing a Deposit

  1. Go to Accounting > Accounts.

  2. Select the relevant bank account.

  3. Go to the Transactions tab.

  4. Find the Deposit transaction you want to print.

  5. Click the dropdown menu next to the transaction.

  6. Select Print.

The printable deposit document will open in a new tab.

What the Deposit Template Includes

The Deposit template provides:

  • A summary of the deposit, showing counts of checks, eChecks, scanned checks, other payment methods, and bill payments.

  • A detailed breakdown of all transactions associated with the deposit.

  • Totals for each section for easy reconciliation.
