Maintenance Request Templates

Maintenance Request Templates make managing maintenance tasks easy by providing pre-formatted documents for printing or sending.

Viewing and Managing Templates

  1. Navigate to Templates:

    • Go to the Settings page.

    • Click on Templates in the left sidebar.

    • Choose the Maintenance Request tab.

Here, you can:

  • View existing Maintenance Request templates.

  • Import new templates (available templates include Default Maintenance Request and Letter to Vendor).

  • Edit, duplicate, or delete templates as needed.

Selecting a Template for Use

  1. Set Template in Maintenance Profile:

    • Go to the Settings page.

    • Select Profiles on the left sidebar.

    • Locate the Maintenance Profile, click the 3-dot menu next to it, and choose Edit.

    • Under Maintenance request print template, select the desired template from the dropdown menu.

Printing a Maintenance Request

  1. Print a Maintenance Request:

    • Navigate to the Maintenance page.

    • Select the relevant Maintenance Request.

    • Click the 3-dot menu at the top right corner.

    • Select Print. This opens a new tab with the printable document.

Template Descriptions

  • Default Maintenance Request: Displays comprehensive details including Date/Time, Status, Completed By, Category, Priority, Tenant, Phone, Subject, Description, Address, and Vendor.

  • Letter to Vendor: A simplified template formatted as a formal letter to the vendor, specifying the details of the work order.
