This guide explains how to manage and print Invoice Payment templates within your account.
Viewing and Managing Invoice Payment Templates
To see your available templates:
Go to the Settings page.
Click on Templates in the left sidebar.
Select the Invoice Payments tab.
Here, you can:
View existing Invoice Payment templates.
Import new templates (currently, the only importable template is called Default Invoice Payment).
Edit, Duplicate, or Delete existing templates.
Setting the Invoice Payment Template
To select a specific Invoice Payment template for use, configure this within a lease profile:
Navigate to the Settings page.
Click on Profiles in the left sidebar.
Edit an existing lease profile or create a new one.
Set the Invoice payment print template field to the desired template.
Printing an Invoice Payment
To print an Invoice Payment:
Go to the Accounting Tenants page.
Select the relevant tenant.
Click on the Transactions tab.
Locate the Invoice Payment you want to print.
Click on the three-dot menu (β’β’β’) next to the payment and select Print.
This will open a new tab displaying the printable Invoice Payment document.
Information Included in the Template
The Invoice Payment template includes:
Payment method.
Details of invoices the payment is applied to.
Individual charge items.
Amounts applied per item.
Total amount.
