Management Charge Templates

This guide explains how to manage and print Management Charge templates within your account.

Viewing and Managing Templates

  1. Click your profile menu.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Templates.

  4. Select Management Charge.

Here, you can:

  • View all existing templates.

  • Import the default template named Default Management Charge.

  • Edit, duplicate, or delete existing templates.

Setting Your Preferred Template

To select which Management Charge template to use for billing:

  1. Go to the Companies page.

  2. Select the relevant company.

  3. Click the Company tab.

  4. Expand Company Information.

  5. Change Management Charge Print Template to your desired template.

  6. Save your changes.

Printing a Management Charge

  1. Go to the Companies page.

  2. Choose the relevant company.

  3. Click the Transactions tab.

  4. Find the Management Charge you want to print.

  5. Click the menu icon next to it.

  6. Select Print.

  7. Select the desired template.

  8. Click Print.

The printable Management Charge will open in a new tab and display the following information:

  • Management Charge Number.

  • Line items with their respective quantities, descriptions, and amounts.

  • Total amount due at the bottom.
