This guide explains how to manage and print Management Charge templates within your account.
Viewing and Managing Templates
To see your existing Management Charge templates:
Navigate to Settings.
Click on Templates from the left sidebar.
Select the Management Charges tab.
Here, you can:
View all your existing templates.
Import the default template named "Default Management Charge".
Edit, duplicate, or delete existing templates.
Setting Your Preferred Template
To select which Management Charge template to use for billing:
Go to the Accounting Companies page.
Select the relevant company.
Click on the Company tab.
Expand the Company Information section.
Change the Management Charge Print Template to your desired template.
Printing a Management Charge
To print a Management Charge:
Navigate to the Accounting Companies page.
Choose the relevant company.
Click the Transactions tab.
Find the Management Charge you wish to print.
Click the three-dot menu (โฎ) next to it and select "Print".
The printable Management Charge will open in a new tab and display the following information:
Management Charge Number.
Line items with their respective quantities, descriptions, and amounts.
Total amount due at the bottom.
