Tenant Statement Templates

Tenant Statements allow you to print detailed records of tenant transactions, opening balances, and current balances. Follow these steps to manage and print tenant statement templates:

Managing Tenant Statement Templates

  1. Navigate to Templates:

    • Go to the Settings page.

    • Click Templates on the left sidebar.

    • Select the Tenant Statements tab.

  2. View and Edit Templates:

    • Here, you can view your existing Tenant Statement templates.

    • You can edit, duplicate, or delete existing templates as needed.

  3. Importing New Templates:

    • Click Import and choose from the following available templates:

      • Under the Tenant Statement category:

        • Tenant Statement Grouped Details

      • Under the Other category:

        • Tenant Statement

        • Tenant Statement - Detailed

        • Tenant Statement w/ Payment Stub

    • After importing, all these templates will appear under the Tenant Statement category.

Printing a Tenant Statement

  1. Navigate to Tenant:

    • Go to the Accounting Tenants page.

    • Select the relevant tenant.

  2. Open Print Dialog:

    • Click on the Print Statements button in the footer.

    • This action opens a modal for printing statements.

  3. Select Print Options:

    • Choose Tenant Statement as the category.

    • Select your preferred Tenant Statement template.

    • Specify the start date and end date for the statement.

  4. Print the Statement:

    • Click Print.

    • The Tenant Statement will open in a new tab, ready for printing.

Information Included in Tenant Statements

Tenant Statements provide:

  • Tenant details

  • Opening balance as of the selected start date

  • Detailed transaction records within the selected date range (including columns for Date, Type, Memo, Increase, Decrease, and Balance)

  • Current balance as of the end date
