Share a Tenant Document With an Owner

Click Tenants in the left navigation menu.

Select the tenant whose document you want to share.

Find the document you want to share, such as the tenant’s lease agreement.

Click the menu icon for that document.

1. Click Tenants in the left navigation menu.
2. Select the tenant whose document you want to share.
3. Open the Attachments section.
4. Find the document you want to share, such as the tenant’s lease agreement.
5. Click the menu icon for that document.
6. Select Share.
7. Check Available in owner portal.
8. Click Save.

The document will now be available to eligible owners in the owner portal.

Leases, applications, and other tenant documents can be shared with owners through the owner portal. Owners can only view shared tenant documents and cannot make changes to them.
