Tenant documents can be shared with owners through the owner portal. When viewing the list of documents for a tenant, each document has a menu option for "Share". This will show a popup with the option to share that document with the owner in the owner portal. Any owners that have ownership in the company for the site that the tenant is leasing will now be able to view that document in their owner portal. Owners can only view tenant documents and cannot make any changes.
