Sending and Viewing Owner Statements

To view Owner Statements, go to the Accounting -> Companies tab, and then click on the three dot menu near the top left, and choose Statements from the drop down.

When you click Statements a light box will pop up for you to choose the date range for the statement, as well as choose to Email or Print them.

If you choose Print, it will bring up all the Companies to print statements for. You can choose Print All to select all of them. You can click on the attachment on the right to preview the attachment. Select your choices, then click Generate to create the owner statements. These will open in another window, so make sure you are allowing pop ups from this site.

If you choose Email, it will bring up the Compose Email lightbox. From here you can choose who to send it to, and edit the other aspects of the email. You can learn more about creating email templates here:

From here you can view exactly what will be sent. This will show each email separately for every owner. And then as you scroll down, you will see all the attachments at the end. From here you can change the date range of the statements if necessary, or Change All of their dates with the Change All Dates button. Once everything looks good, click Send to send out all the emails.
