To add a new building and its corresponding units first go to the Properties page and click the New button from the options menu:

This will open the popup window to enter in the building information. Number of units is required (if the building is a single family home just enter 1). Clicking the Edit button next to Amenities will let you check off which Amenities this building has. New amenities can be added in the Settings page under the Amenities tab.

Each profile determines the default data for a building. More profiles can be added under Settings -> Profiles. When you are finished with the building information you can click the Next button. On the next page you will edit information specific to the units. If all the units in the building are the same (bed/bath, area, rent) you can select check all to edit them all at once:

Or you can check one or several units on the left to edit their information. Checking the box next to Amenities shows an Edit button that will allow you to select Amenities specific to the units. Be sure after you are finished editing a unit or units to hit the Apply button to apply those changes to the selected units.

When you have finished editing the units you can hit Submit and your building and units will be created. Remember you can edit their info at any time by going to the Properties page, selecting the building/unit and clicking on the corresponding building or unit tabs. Then hit the Edit button in the bottom right of the page.

Be sure to hit Save when you are done!
