Once you have your building, unit, and lease information in the system, you can start adding more detail to them for your marketing websites, such as pictures. You can add pictures for both buildings and units from the Properties page, so make sure you are working in the correct building or unit.

Open the Gallery

  1. Go to Properties.

  2. Select the building or unit you want to update.

  3. Click the dropdown menu for that record.

  4. Click Edit Gallery.

This opens the gallery where you can manage images for that building or unit.

Add Images

In the gallery, you can add new pictures by selecting the option to add photos. You can either drag files into the upload area or click to attach files from your computer.

Please note: the system uses a 3:4 format for photos. If an image is not already in that size, you will need to crop it for it to display correctly.

Reorder Images

You can reorder your pictures from the gallery. Reordering changes the position of the image currently being shown.

For example, if you have 10 images and the one currently displayed is image number 5, you can move it left or right until it appears in the position you want.

Crop Images

  1. In the gallery, open the image options menu.

  2. Click Crop.

  3. Adjust the crop so the most important parts of the photo appear correctly in the gallery.

  4. Click OK when you are finished.
