The Income Statement report provides a detailed overview of your company's financial performance over a specified period, clearly outlining income, expenses, and profitability. This report is essential for assessing business health, making informed financial decisions, and preparing for financial audits or reviews.
Report Parameters:
Start Date: Select the beginning date for the reporting period.
End Date: Choose the ending date for the reporting period.
Company: Multi-select option showing all active companies. All companies are selected by default.
State: Single-select. Choose a specific state to filter transactions by site location, or select "All States" to include all transactions regardless of location.
Show Line Items: Set to "No" by default. Selecting "Yes" will display detailed line items under each account impacting balances.
Sort Accounts By: Choose to organize accounts either by "Name" or by "Number."
Hide Subaccounts: Choose whether to display or hide subaccounts.
Building: Single-select. Select a specific building or "All Buildings" to view consolidated data.
Report Structure:
The report displays all accounts categorized under Income and Expenses, grouped by specific account types such as Prepaid Income and Depreciation. Each grouping includes total amounts for quick reference and easy analysis.
