You can currently use the Property Matrix app on maintenance tickets only that are opened through the system. This will be convenient for any vendors or property managers on location.
You can download the Property Matrix application through the iTunes Store or Google Play store.
Once downloaded, when you open the application you will be prompted to login. This will be the same login you use when logging on the Property Matrix Software.
If someone using the application does not have a login, you will have to create a user account for them. For information on how to create new users you can view our Adding/Editing User Roles article.
The first time a user logs in needs to be on the regular desktop site to read an review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Once logged in, users will be able to see all tickets opened in the system.
By selecting on any tickets, it will display more information pertaining to that tickets. Here they can select edit and update any information that is needed.
You will also be able to upload photos to Maintenance Tickets by selecting the menu option usually located at the top right of the screen. Tap on the Upload option.

You will be able to upload photos either already saved or by taking a new one when you tap on the Camera button.

Once the photo had been selected, select which maintenance ticket you want to attach it to.
Hit Upload when complete.
If you need to upload more than one photos, repeat the steps as necessary.
Any information entered will will update live on the software as well as on the application for the ticket selected.
