Adding, Editing, and Deleting Maintenance Profiles

Learn how to manage maintenance profiles to define default behaviors for handling maintenance requests, including email and print templates.

How to Access Maintenance Profiles

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu in the bottom left under your profile dropdown.

  2. Select Profiles from the settings menu.


Adding a New Maintenance Profile

  1. Click on the New Maintenance Profile button located to the right of the profiles list to create a new maintenance profile.

  2. Enter the details for your new profile, including selecting the appropriate email and print templates for maintenance tickets associated with this profile.

  3. Click Save to finalize your new profile.


Editing an Existing Maintenance Profile

  1. In the Profiles section, find the profile you wish to edit.

  2. Click the Pencil Edit Button located on the far right side next to the profile.

  3. Update the necessary details, including the selection of email and print templates.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.


Deleting a Maintenance Profile

  1. In the Profiles list, locate the profile you want to delete.

  2. Click the Red X button next to the profile.

Note: You cannot delete a maintenance profile currently assigned to any building. Attempting to do so will result in an error message.
