The Maintenance Profile determines the default behavior for maintenance requests for a building. To edit the default profile or add additional ones go to the settings menu (the cog/gear icon in the upper left) and then Profiles.

Click the + to the left to add a new profile or the edit button on the far right to edit the default profile. the X will delete the profile, but will throw an error if any buildings are using it.

Adding or editing a maintenance profile allows you to select the print and email templates to be used for any maintenance tickets for the building(s) that use this profile.
