The live dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your property portfolio. You can change the date range, focus on specific properties or units, and arrange the widgets to suit your work.
Select a Date Range
Use Start Date and End Date at the top of the dashboard to choose the period you want to review. All dashboard widgets update to reflect that range.
Filter Properties and Companies
Use the left side of the dashboard to focus on a property, company, or unit. To select multiple properties or companies, click their circle icons in the properties bar, rather than the full row. Click a selected icon again to deselect it and return to a broader view.
You can also use Segments to filter units by rules you have defined. Select multiple segments to view their combined results. To find a specific unit quickly, use the dashboard search; you can search by tenant name, address, or another searchable detail.
Customize Your Widgets
Drag widgets to reposition them or resize them. Click Save to keep the arrangement for your user account without changing anyone else's dashboard.
The dashboard adapts to four view sizes, from desktop to mobile. Layouts are saved separately for each device, so you can arrange and save a view that works on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.
