The live dashboard is designed to give you a real-time overview of your property portfolio. With dynamic date range controls, you can easily adjust the displayed data to fit the period you’re interested in, whether that's today, this week, this month, or a custom range.

Date Range Selection

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find the "Start Date" and "End Date" selectors. Adjusting these dates will update all widgets on the dashboard to reflect data from this period, providing you with the flexibility to monitor trends and activities within any specified timeframe.

Property and Company Selection

On the left side of the dashboard, you have the ability to fine-tune your data by selecting specific properties, companies, or units. Click on any of these categories to view data related to that particular selection. This feature makes it incredibly simple to shift focus and compare different sets of data.

Multi-Selection and Deselection

For a broader analysis, you can select multiple properties or companies by clicking their icons in the properties bar. This will refine the dashboard data to include only your selected entities. If you wish to return to viewing data for all properties, simply deselect by clicking on the selected items again.

Widget Customization

Drag-and-Drop Functionality

The dashboard’s widgets are fully customizable. You can drag to reposition or resize them to fit your viewing preference. This ensures that the most important data to you is the most visible.

Saving Your Layout

Your layout customizations aren’t temporary. By clicking the "Save" button, your arrangements are stored specifically for your user account. This means each user can personalize their dashboard layout without affecting others.

Adaptive Dashboard Views

With the dashboard's adaptive design, it adjusts to four different view sizes to suit a range of devices - from the largest desktop screens to the smallest mobile displays. This ensures that whether you’re in the office or on-the-go, the dashboard remains clear and easy to use.

Layouts Per Device

Organize and save your dashboard layout on each of your devices. The layout you save on your desktop will be different from the one on your laptop, tablet, or phone, allowing for optimal use of screen real estate and usability across devices.

Segments for Customized Views

Rule-Based Segmentation

Segments offer a powerful way to control the data you see on your dashboard. By defining rules, you can create specific segments that reflect the precise data sets you need.

Combining Segments

For deeper insights, combine multiple segments. Simply select more than one, and the dashboard will update to show you a unified view of the selected data.

Quick Search

The dashboard’s search functionality is another convenient feature. Quickly bring up the data for a unit by searching for a tenant name, address, or any searchable parameter within the system. The relevant charts and information will appear instantly, keeping all the information you need at your fingertips.
