This article explains how unit limits work in Property Matrix, and how to increase them.
What is a unit limit?
Your unit limit is the maximum number of active units you can manage under your Property Matrix subscription plan.
Active units are included in your limit.
Deactivated units remain in the system but do not count toward your active unit total.
How to view your unit limit
Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on your profile icon on the top-right corner of the page, and clicking on Settings.
Click on the Billing Details panel on the left sidebar.
Click on the Subscription tab to see the unit limit for your subscription.
Reaching your unit limit
Property Matrix will show you an error if you try to create more units than your unit limit, something like the following message:
Note that no new buildings or units can be created at this point, unless you either delete or deactivate some of your current buildings or units. Otherwise, there is no service disruption.
