Our payment processing partner, ProPay, places these holds when unusual or potentially suspicious activity is detected. These holds help ensure transactions remain secure and protect your account from fraudulent activities.
How Holds Affect You:
When your account is on hold, transactions may continue processing normally within our app, but the funds might temporarily not be deposited into your linked personal bank account. This hold remains until the activity on your account has been reviewed and cleared.
