When a tenant's payment attempt is declined immediately (e.g., a credit card decline), a Failed Transaction Payment is automatically generated in the system.
To view details of a Failed Transaction Payment:
Navigate to the Accounting page, which should default to the Tenant tab.
Choose the specific tenant you want to view failed transactions for.
Click on the Transactions tab.
Failed Transaction Payment Details
Here, you will see any Failed Transaction Payment listed, (if any). For instance,
Every Failed Transaction Payment includes information about:
Payment method used
Amount of the attempted transaction
Reason for failure, if provided, indicated in the transaction description.
This information allows for easier tracking and resolution of payment issues.
