How to Sign Up
To create a new account, you must click on the account activation link that has been sent to your email or phone. This will take you to the account activation page.
You'll have multiple options to activate your account.
Continue with Email: Enter your email address and create a password. The email linked to Property Matrix will already be prefilled, so you just have to choose your password and you can finish setting up your account.
Use an OAuth Provider: You can sign up using your existing accounts from Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft.
Linking OAuth Providers
Even if you've already signed up through email, you can still link your account to any OAuth provider (Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft) for quicker future logins. Follow these guidelines when linking:
You can link multiple OAuth providers to a single Property Matrix account.
Each OAuth provider can only be linked to one account. (Example: You cannot link two different Google accounts to the same Property Matrix account.)
Automatic Linking: If your OAuth provider account uses the same email address as your Property Matrix account, linking occurs automatically.
Email Verification: If the OAuth provider uses a different email than your registered Property Matrix email, you'll receive a verification email to confirm the linking request. Click the verification link in the email to securely link the accounts.
Unlinking OAuth Providers
To remove a linked OAuth provider from your tenant account:
Log into your tenant portal.
Navigate to the Account section.
Select and unlink the desired OAuth provider.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password or previously logged in through an OAuth provider and have since unlinked it, you can reset your password by:
Visiting the login page.
Clicking on Continue with Email.
Selecting Forgot Your Password?
You'll receive an email with instructions to set a new password, enabling you to regain access to your Property Matrix account.
