If you get this response, that means that this is not a scorable credit file. The applicant has no score because they have no creditors to report any trade lines for this person. So it looks like they pay for everything with cash. They could have debit cards, but they do not have any credit cards.

The criminal and eviction reports are still fully valid. Someone can have a criminal report without a credit report.
