The Fraud Indicator for a Code C11 is due to “Current Address Mismatch – Input does not match file.
Transunion provided the following explanation and message:
"We suggest the following when this occurs:
In this situation, the address indicated on the application could be valid, but not yet reported and reflecting on the credit report. To strengthen accuracy, we suggest the following actions:
· Verify accuracy of input address/zip code
· Verify address indicated on application through documentary procedures to ensure that it belongs to the applicant (ie: valid photo ID or driver’s license, current utility bill, etc)"
