I had a client asking that he wanted to back up any physical data that has been entered into the system since the import and after.
Such as leases, customer information, contact information, transactions entered in the accounting side etc.
He knows that there are reports he can pull up and save, but he said he doesn't prefer to do it that way.
He wanted it to pull up the same way we enter the data through the import tool, if there was something like that, that updates live when new information is added.ย
Answer
The reports can be used to export data exactly the same way it was entered into the import tool. The user can create any type of report they want and the reports can be exported in Excel and CSV format, which is what our import tool uses.
