If we add custom fields for the tenant application, will those fields automatically appear on the tenant application? Will that custom field automatically show on the Marketing page, or on the Lead tab when looking at a lead's information? Or do you still have to click the Rental Application link at the bottom to view that information?

A Tenant Application custom field can be added through the Settings page under the Custom Fields tab. Custom fields added to Contacts can also be added to a custom tenant application. After adding the field, you will have to add the field to the custom tenant application manually. This can be done by editing a custom tenant application and clicking "Insert Application Field". That newly added field should now appear in one of the drop downs available.
Custom fields associated with the Tenant Application will appear with the submitted application info and custom fields associated with Contacts will appear directly on the Lead tab.
