Question

I do not know if this is intended, but it seems confusing to me. If the future schedules show on all the tenants, how do you know which one it was created on? How can I tell which tenant this schedule is going to charge? Or was an invoice manually added to the secondary tenant, but the schedule will be correct next month?

Answer

The transaction schedules are linked to the lease, so it will show for all of the tenants on the lease. The transaction schedule on the future tab will display the tenant for which the transactions are created for, under the person column. When creating a transaction schedule from the properties page, the schedule is created for the primary tenant. When a primary tenant changes on a lease, the transaction schedule will be updated to be linked to the new primary tenant. ย It is possible to create a schedule for a secondary tenant, if the transaction schedule is created from the secondary tenant's lease tab on the tenant's page.
