On the Calculate Fees page, there is an option for calculating by invoice payment date or invoice date. What is the automatically calculated fees set to calculate? Does it just calculates on any rent (or selected items on the profile/fee) that has been collected since the last time management fees were generated?

On the calculate fees page, management fees can be generated for any selected invoice payments. Invoice payments can be filtered by building and date. The date filter can be modified to look at either the invoice creation date or the invoice payment creation date.
Automatic management fees can also be set up on the settings page. Each management profile has the option to set up an automatic management fee charge schedule. On the scheduled dates, the schedule will generate charges for the most current set of invoice payments. The set of invoice payments consist of payments that were created between the last time a management fee was created for the invoice payment's building to the present time. By design, the charge schedule will not create any duplicate management fees.
