ProPay must be set up to utilize TransUnion reports. Each time a TransUnion report is retrieved, a charge is incurred. To offset this cost, Property Matrix requires application fees to be charged directly to the applicant.

Linking ProPay Accounts:

The default

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your profile icon on the top-right of the page, and selecting the Settings option from the dropdown

  2. Select Payment Processing from the left sidebar, and ensure your ProPay accounts are properly linked.

Setting Up Application Fees:

  1. Application fees can be configured within Settings > Tenant Applications. Use the 3-dot menu to edit the application you wish to add the application fee to.

  2. Set the Application Fee field, and click Save.

Notes:

  • Applicants are charged immediately upon submitting their application

  • ProPay must be enabled and properly configured to process these application fee payments.
