Is ProPay required to generate Transunion Reports?

ProPay must be setup to use the Transunion reports. A client gets charged when they retrieve a Transunion report so we require application fees to be charged to pass the charge to the applicant. An application fee can be setup for rental applications, and the applicant will be charged immediately after submitting the application. ProPay will need to be setup to process the application fee payment.
