ProPay Requirement for TransUnion Reports

ProPay must be set up to use TransUnion reports. Each time a TransUnion report is retrieved, a charge is incurred. To offset this cost, Property Matrix requires application fees to be charged directly to the applicant.

Link ProPay Accounts

  1. Click your profile menu in the bottom left.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Payment Processing.

  4. Confirm your ProPay accounts are properly linked.

Set Up Application Fees

  1. From Settings, click Tenant Applications.

  2. Click the edit icon for the application you want to update.

  3. Enter the application fee amount in the Application Fee field.

  4. Click Save.

Notes

Applicants are charged immediately when they submit their application.

ProPay must be enabled and properly configured to process application fee payments.
