The Properties Page is the best place to view all your properties, especially if you want to sort them by Company or by Building.
You can use the filters on the left side of the page to filter out the properties for only certain companies. By default, it shows all Companies and all of their buildings and units. To view just one or a few companies, simply click on their name or check the box to choose that company. Then you can scroll down on the left toolbar to see the matching buildings and units, or click the arrow to minimize the Companies dropdown to more easily view the matching information.
Then you can choose which properties you want to view, by default it shows them all for those selected companies. And then you can choose the unit.
From here you can view details about the Unit. When you choose a Unit from the list on the left, it will initially take you to the Unit tab. There are additional tabs for Lease, Property, Maintenance, and Marketing along the top of this Unit page. This is a great page to view a quick overview of a unit and see everything that is going on with a certain building.
Clicking on the three dot menus throughout this page will allow you to Edit the information in that section.
You can also use the Search bar on the left side of the page to search through all the units.
You can search by tenant name, by unit number, by address, by company name, by building name, and more. As you start typing in the search box, a drop down will display all of the matches to your search, and you can click on whichever one matches to take you to that unit, building, or company.
This search function can be used for pretty much any entity within the properties page.
For even more search functionality, we have Labels on the top left.
This is for the few things that are not searchable from the search bar, such as # of bedrooms, descriptions such as type of flooring, whether the unit is vacant or not, any custom fields, and more. There are a few default labels and you can add as many as you like. For more information on labels, see Using and Creating Labels.
