How to Edit a Tenant’s Contact Information
You can edit a tenant’s contact information from either the Properties page or the Tenants page.
This guide will walk you through both paths.
Path 1: From the Properties Page
Click Properties from the left navigation menu.
Select the property.
Select the unit that the tenant has a lease for.
Click the Lease tab.
Click Details.
Expand the tenant’s information section.
The tenant’s contact information appears in the tenant information section.
Path 2: From the Tenants Page
Click Tenants from the left navigation menu.
Select the tenant.
Click the lease tab.
This tab is titled with the name of the tenant’s lease, such as Aurora Rapids #101.
Click Details.
Expand the tenant’s information section.
The tenant’s contact information appears in the tenant information section.
Edit the Tenant Information Section
Locate the tenant information section.
Hover over the field you want to edit.
The pencil icon appears when you hover over the field.
Click the pencil icon.
Update the tenant’s information.
Scroll down within the tenant information section.
Click Save in the bottom right of the section.
You can update fields such as:
First name
Middle initial
Last name
Primary email address
Primary phone number
Address information
Online access
Tenant role
Other custom fields
Important Notes
The pencil icon may not appear until you hover over the field you want to edit.
The tenant’s changes are not saved until you click Save.
If the tenant has online access, make sure their primary email address and primary phone number are correct so the correct person is sent the invite.
