Property Matrix allows you to post vacant units to attract prospective tenants. Interested tenants can contact you or submit an application through your Property Matrix website, automatically creating a lead in the system. For more on managing leads, see Viewing and Editing Leads.
Using the Properties Page
Click Properties in the left navigation menu.
Select the unit you want to post.
Click the Marketing tab.
Click New Posting.
Select one or more rental listing sites where you want the unit posted.
Click Save to complete the posting.
Using the Marketing Page
Click Marketing in the left navigation menu.
Select Postings.
Click New Posting.
Select the unit you want to post from the dropdown.
Select one or more rental listing sites where you want the unit posted.
Click Save to finalize the posting.
Important Notes
Some rental listing sites have additional posting requirements, such as requiring images before a listing can be posted.
Once a unit is posted, a customizable summary with pictures, amenities, and a description will appear on your Property Matrix website.
Prospective tenants can apply or contact you directly through the posted listing.
Your unit remains posted until it is rented or until you manually remove it by deselecting the posting sites.
