The company marketing page is where you can present prospective property owners a view of your business and properties you currently manage. You can also show it to prospective tenants so they feel more secure renting properties managed by you and your company.

The company marketing page is broken down into different segments.

The first three are the company logo, social media sites, and an “About Us” section. For the company logo, click the Choose File button select the logo file from your computer. You can then enter any social media sites, like Facebook or Twitter, into their respective fields. This will provide those links to anyone visiting your page for them to view and join/follow.

The About Us section is where you can give an idea of your company philosophy and vision, about you or your employees. You can give the section a title and fill in the description.

The next section is also broken into three. Management is where you can describe the services you provide for owners and the properties you manage. Current Tenants is for your tenants to login to the tenant portal. Find Rental is for prospective tenants to look at your available vacancies for rent. This will link to any vacancies that you have posted in marketing. You can refer to Posting Vacant Units for instructions in posting units for rent.

This section relates to the layout of your management page. This page can be arranged to hold information in different ways. You can see an example above.

Each section relates to the portion of the page it appears on. They can hold a picture or text. Simply fill in the blanks or upload an image to fill that section in. You can also provide a title or have the text stand alone without.

The last section is for filling in the Equal Housing section found at the bottom of the main page. You can fill this in with whatever text may be required by your state or local government.
