To post a vacant unit you want to rent for future prospective tenants to view, there are two ways Property Matrix allows you to do so. Prospective tenants can contact you or fill out an application for a vacant unit via your Property Matrix website. Then they will be automatically created as a lead in Property Matrix. Please read the Viewing /Editing Leads article for more information.
USING THE PROPERTIES PAGE
In the Properties page after selecting the specific building and the Marketing tab below, a summary of any Leads and available units to post will display
Click on the Postings button of the selected unit you want to have displayed.
A pop up screen will list the various sites you can select to have you unit posted. You can select multiple sites at a time, when done select the Save button.
Please note when using other rental listing sites you may have add specific things (ie images are required for Live Lovely) for your posting to go through.
Once a unit has been posted to rent, a summary of the unit will automatically be added to the property website provided during the initial setup. This summary will include pictures of the unit, amenities included and a short description. All of which can be customized.
From there any interested tenant can access the information and will be able to send their information and even applications online that will be sent to the system for you to see
Your unit will remain posted until it is no longer vacant. You can also manually remove it by deselecting the sites in postings page.

In the Marketing page after selecting the Postings tab you can view any current units that are posted or can create a new posting by clicking on the New button. This will prompt a pop up window to open.
From there you will be able to select the specific unit you want to post in the drop down menu. Once the selection has been made click on the Submit button.
