Note: Using this feature will allow you to set specific items to go directly to the property manager. For example, if all late fees are automatically paid to the property manager, this will set that option without the need to create a rule for it under management fees.
To add the item, first you need to get into the Manage Items screen. To do so, you’ll need to find or create an invoice or bill. Click on the Item drop down menu, and at the bottom as the last option is Manage. Clicking this will open the Manage Items screen.
On the right you can find the edit button for each item listed. Clicking the edit button opens the Item edit menu.
Click the check box and then submit.
A confirmation screen will pop up. Click okay to confirm.
You can check the Manage Item screen to confirm the change was made.
