Setting Items to Use the Property Manager’s Book

Using the Property Manager's Book feature allows certain charges, like late fees, to be automatically directed to the property manager without creating separate management fee rules.

How to Set Items for Property Manager's Book:

  1. Navigate to a tenant's page by going to Accounting > Tenants, and enter the invoice creation mode by clicking New Invoice

  2. Click on the Item dropdown menu.

  3. Select Manage (located at the bottom of the dropdown).

Managing Items:

  1. In the Manage Items screen, click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to the item you wish to set.

  2. In the edit menu, check the box labeled for the Property Manager’s Book option.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear; click OK to confirm.
