How to Set Items for the Property Manager’s Book

  1. Click Tenants in the left navigation menu.

  2. Open the tenant invoice creation mode by clicking New Invoice.

  3. Click the Item dropdown menu.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the dropdown and select Manage.

Managing Items

  1. In the Manage Items screen, click the edit button, or pencil icon, next to the item you want to update.

  2. Check Uses Property Manager’s Book.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. If a confirmation pop-up appears, click OK to confirm.
