You can configure Property Matrix to automatically create a notification when it is time to contact a lead. This uses a date-based custom field for leads and an automatic action that triggers based on that field.

Step 1: Create the Custom Field
First, create a date custom field that applies to leads. This field stores the date you want to be reminded to contact them.
Click your profile menu.
Click Settings.
Click Custom Fields.
Click New Custom Field.
In the Applied To dropdown, select Tenant.
In the Group dropdown, select Lead.
In the Field Type dropdown, select Date.
Enter the Field name and any other details you want to customize.
Click Save.

Step 2: Create the Automatic Action
After the custom field is created, set up the automatic action.
Go to Settings > Automatic Actions.
Click New Automatic Action.
In the trigger setup, select When the date for.
In the Custom Field dropdown, choose the date custom field you created.
Set the Date Criteria, such as is due in X amount of days.
Enter the Amount of Days. Use 0 if you want the notification on the exact date.
Click Next.
The Date field is not used for this example trigger.
Step 3: Set the Condition
The Condition dropdown defaults to Always. Leave it as Always unless you want to add additional restrictions.
Click Next to continue.
Step 4: Create the Event
In the first dropdown, select Create a new notification.
Fill out the remaining notification fields, such as description and recipients.
Click Next.
Step 5: Finalize
Enter a name for the automatic action.
Click Save.
Once configured, Property Matrix will automatically create a notification when the selected contact date for the lead arrives.
