When you hide a property or unit in the system:

  • Leases:

    • All current leases associated with the hidden property or unit are automatically disabled.

    • Properties or units with leases linked to outstanding invoices or unapplied payments cannot be hidden.

  • Invoices and Transactions:

    • Disabled leases will stop generating any new invoices or transactions.

  • Information Retention:

    • All existing property or unit information remains stored in the system. In other words, hidden buildings or units are not deleted from the system.

Reactivating a Hidden Property or Unit:

  • Once a property or unit is reactivated, all previously stored information and transaction schedules are automatically restored, and leases become active again.
