Specifically, your computer's processor should have a performance score of 1,500 or higher on the Single Thread CPU Benchmark. If you're considering purchasing or upgrading your computer, you can verify the processor's performance score by checking the benchmark list linked above.
RAM (Memory) Requirements
RAM requirements depend significantly on other applications running concurrently on your computer. We recommend having at least 500MB (0.5GB) of free RAM available before launching Property Matrix. This helps ensure smooth operation without performance issues.
Storage Space
Property Matrix is a cloud-based software solution, so it does not require additional hard drive storage space beyond your operating system's standard needs.
Internet Connection Requirements
A stable and sufficiently fast internet connection is crucial for an optimal experience. We recommend a download speed of at least 32Mbps. You can test your current download speed at Speedtest.net.
