All Your Emails in One Place
With this new feature, you can now see emails associated with all tenants, vendors, companies, and leads, conveniently grouped in one location.
This comprehensive view allows you to filter emails by different companies and users, tailoring the display to your specific needs. Filters such as 'unread', 'sent', and 'unassigned' help you to efficiently organize and prioritize your inbox.
Smart Recognition and Easy Assignment
When an email comes in that isn’t automatically recognized as associated with one of the predefined entities, it will be marked with a unique icon.
This visual cue indicates that the email needs your attention for classification. You can easily assign unrecognized emails to the correct entity, ensuring that every message is accounted for and directed to the appropriate entity.
Accessing Your Emails
To access this new feature, simply click on the 'New Messages' icon on the top right of the navigation bar.
This will take you to the unified email interface where you can manage your communications across different categories. If you prefer to view messages by specific categories such as tenants, customers, vendors, or leads, you can still do so from the pages you've previously done that. The messages show in both places. This flexibility ensures that you can work in the way that suits you best while taking advantage of the new functionalities.
