Transferring Transactions Between Accounts

You can move all transactions from one account to another as long as both accounts share the same type.

Steps to Transfer Transactions:

  1. Navigate to Accounting > Accounts, and select the account you want to transfer transactions from.

  2. Click the three-dot icon and select Delete Account.

    1. Note: The system will prompt you to transfer transactions instead of immediately deleting the account.

  3. Click OK on the prompt.

  4. Choose the destination account for these transactions from the provided options.

  5. Submit the transfer.

Post-Transfer Account Deletion:

  • After transactions are moved, the original account will remain empty.

  • If you wish to delete this account, select it again and click Delete Account.

  • This time, the account will delete immediately as it no longer contains transactions.
