Prospective tenants can be easily managed and arranged through the leads section of Property Matrix.

Leads are automatically created when a prospective tenant contacts you or submits an application via your Property Matrix website. See the Posting Vacant Units article for more information about that.

To access this information go to the Marketing -> Leads tab. Here any current leads that have applied through the posting on the property website will generate with any information and documents they have provided.

If the tenant also filled out a rental application online, an attachment will display at the bottom of their information screen. You can click on it to review any additional information they submitted.

You can also easily edit or add to their information section by clicking on the Edit button on the bottom right hand of the screen. Here you can also update their status of submission in the drop down menu.

You can also manually add a Lead to the system by hitting the Add button on the top left corner of the Leads viewing screen. A pop up window will display and you can enter any of the information presented.

When done click Submit.
