Here are some key features that prospective tenants will see when visiting your public websites.

Company website:

The company website will show a summary of all properties associated with your company, as well as available units that have been posted.

The company URL for this website is automatically set as companyname.propertymatrix.com

e.g., If the company name is Johnny Realty, their site is set up as johnnyrealty.propertymatrix.com.

You can always edit the site name from the settings tab.

From the Properties tab a list of all buildings will display along with a link to visit the property website as well.

The Available tab lists all units from all buildings that have been posted publicly. You will be able to filter by using various selection tools. You will also be able to access the specific unit website.

Property Website:

The property website will show a summary of the property itself as well as any available units pertaining to that property only.

The property URL for this website is automatically set as buildingname.propertymatrix.com

e.g. If the building name is set as 7125 Leroy Rd

the site is set up as 7125leroyrd.propertymatrix.com

You can always edit the site name from the properties tab of the building.

Similar to the Available tab on the company website, the Units tab will display all available units, which can be filtered using various selection tools. You will also be able to access the unit website.

Unit Website:

The Unit Website will allow users to view in detail any information about a specific unit that has been posted to the site. Here they will also be able to enter their contact information and even fill out an application that will be forwarded to your Property Matrix site.

To access the unit website, you must enter through the Company Website or Building Website and select the unit.

By clicking on the Application button, users will be able to fill out the application provided in the system. This application can also be customized to fit your needs.

From here they can also pay the application fee electronically if needed.

Once information is entered, you will be able to view it under the Leads section in your Marketing tab.

You can also edit and add to it as necessary. For more information on viewing leads and submitted information, refer to our Viewing and Editing Leads article.
