ACCOUNTING (ACC)

ACC-1: Account is linked to a different company.

ACC-2: Journal-entry debits and credits do not balance.

ACC-3: Duplicate posting index.

ACC-4: Journal entry has fewer than two postings.

ACC-5: Undeposited Funds account is missing.

ACC-6: Undeposited Electronic Payments account is missing.

ACC-7: Prepayments account is missing.

ACC-8: Required operating account is missing.

ACC-9: Payment item has multiple applications.

ACC-10: ACH fee charge could not be saved.

ACC-11: Portal fee could not be saved.

ACC-12: Portal fee relationship could not be saved.

PAYMENTS AND SAVED METHODS (PAY)

PAY-5: Payment date is not valid for processing.

PAY-6: Payment processing occurred, but local completion could not be confirmed.

PAY-8: Processing was attempted for an existing processor transaction.

PAY-10: Card BIN lookup service is unavailable.

PAY-12: Management's trial plan does not allow payment processing.

PAY-17: Selected site object is invalid.

PAY-18: Selected site ID is invalid.

PAY-19: Selected site type is invalid.

PAY-20: A before-payment rule failed; underlying cause unspecified.

PAY-21: Processor response was missing, unreadable or unusable.

PAY-22: Processor returned an unsuccessful HTTP response.

PAY-23: Merchant's daily EFT limit was exceeded.

PAY-24: Merchant's monthly EFT limit was exceeded.

PAY-25: Merchant's per-transaction EFT limit was exceeded.

PAY-26: Processor rejected merchant configuration; underlying cause unspecified.

PAY-27: Payment-processing failure without a recognized tenant-actionable explanation.

PAY-28: Saved-method failure without a recognized tenant-actionable explanation.

DOCUMENTS AND EMAIL TEMPLATES (DOC)

DOC-1: Email-template fields could not be substituted for the selected recipients.

DOC-2: Document template has an invalid format.

MAINTENANCE (MNT)

MNT-1: Required "Solved by AI" maintenance status is missing.

SHARED TECHNICAL FAILURES (SYS)

SYS-2: Request failed without a usable result or a more specific error classification.

SYS-3: Server returned HTTP 5xx to an existing tenant error handler.

SYS-4: Expected operation result is missing or unusable.
