Selecting a Check Template for an Account

How to specify which check template is used when printing checks

Enabling Check Printing

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking the profile dropdown on the top right corner and clicking Settings

  2. Click on the Company Information tab on the left sidebar

  3. Scroll to the Website & Misc section, and check the box labeled Enable Check Printing.

  4. Click Save Changes to save your changes.

Setting a Check Template

  1. Go to Accounting > Accounts, and select the bank account you wish to configure from the list.

  2. Click the 3-dot icon in the Account Journal section, and select the edit option

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Account screen, until you see the ACH Information section

  4. Use the dropdown menu for Check print template to select your preferred check template.

  5. Ensure the bank account details are accurate and up-to-date, as these details are essential for successful check printing.
