Selecting a Check Template for an Account

How to specify which check template is used when printing checks

Enable Check Printing

  1. Click your profile or workspace dropdown.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Select Company Information.

  4. Enable Check Printing.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Set a Check Template

  1. Click Accounting in the navigation menu.

  2. Click Accounts.

  3. Select the bank account you want to configure.

  4. Click Edit Account.

  5. Use the Check print template dropdown to select your preferred check template.

  6. Click Save.

Make sure the bank account details are accurate and up to date, since these details are required for successful check printing.
