To Create new documents and add them into the system, see the

article.

Once you have added a document to the Templates page, then you can add them to current tenants, or add them to new tenants as you create their leases.

When creating a new lease for a tenant, on the second page of the New Lease lightbox, there is a spot where you can include which documents to attach to the lease:

In this example, I have the first 5 documents show, and you simply check or uncheck whichever documents you want to include on the given lease.

If the documents include dynamic fields (Custom data fields that are different for each lease), you can fill them out here before sending the documents. In this example, there is one dynamic fields for the Ravenwood Eviction Notice for Amount of unpaid rent.

Any documents that are added to a lease will be automatically emailed to the tenant, and if they need to be signed then there will be a link to e-sign the document within the email.

You can also add documents to current leases. Go to the Lease tab, and on the bottom left there is a link for Documents. Click on this to add documents to the lease.

When you click on it, a dialog box pops up:
Here you can see any pending or completed documents for this lease. To add a new one, click New Document at the top.

From here, you can choose the new document, add any dynamic fields as before, and then submit it.

*Note: These will be automatically emailed to the tenants.

Once there are some documents, they will display here as shown, depending if they are still pending as this one, or completed on the Completed page.

Once you have added documents to leases that require signatures, these will get automatically sent to the tenant. The tenant will receive an email with a link and a code to enter to sign the document.

As they access it, it will lead them through to sign the document:

As the property manger, you too will need to sign the document. Once you add the document, a notification will appear on the top right of your home page (bell button). This will notify you that a document requires your signature, and you simply click on this to sign it.

This will take you to a similar page as the tenant which will lead you through the document to where you need to sign.
