Adding, Editing and Deleting Management Profiles

The Management Profile defines default settings for fees, invoices, and bills associated with a building

Editing or Adding Profiles

Where to Find Management Profile Information

  1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on your profile icon on the top right, and selecting the Settings option from the dropdown.

  2. Click on Profiles on the left sidebar to get to the Management Profiles section.

  3. Click on the 3-dot menu to edit a specific maintenance profile, or click the New Management Profile button to add a new one.

  4. This will open the Edit Management Profile pop-up

    1. Enter a clear Profile Name.

    2. Select the appropriate Fee Structure for management fees.

      1. Note: If you own the building, setting fees is unnecessary.

      2. See the Adding And Editing Management Fees article to learn how fee structures work.

    3. Configure the schedule for automated fee calculations (e.g., monthly, on the 1st).

Setting Communication Templates:

These templates will be used automatically for communications with tenants and vendors.
