The Management Profile determines the default behavior for fees, invoices and bills for a building. To edit the default profiles (or add additional ones if you have different fees for different buildings) go to the settings menu (the cog/gear icon in the upper right) and then Profiles.

Give the profile a name and select the fee structure for your management fees (if you own the buildings this is unnecessary). See the Adding And Editing Management Fees article to learn how fee structures work.

You can also set the schedule for when these fees are calculated automatically (every month on the first of the month for example). Be sure to scroll down further to set the default print and email templates for invoices, invoice payments, and bills to be sent to tenants and vendors.
