Accessing Vendor Information
Click Vendors in the navigation menu.
Use the left sidebar to select a vendor.
Vendors can be filtered by status:
Active: Default view
Inactive
All
You can sort vendors by clicking Vendor Name or Balance. You can also filter vendors with Segments, or use the search bar. For more detail, see How to Use the Global Search Bar.
Viewing Specific Vendor Details
Click a vendor’s name to view their details in the main pane.
Click the Information button next to the vendor’s name to view basic information, such as contact information and tax ID.
Vendor Tabs and Information
Current
The Current subtab shows current outstanding bills. You can also create new bills or make payments from this area. For more information, see Creating a Bill for a Vendor.
Bank account and routing numbers are hidden by default. To view vendor payment information:
Open your profile menu.
Click Settings.
Select User Roles.
Edit your role, typically Admin.
Make sure View Vendor Payment Info is selected.
Save your changes.
Return to Vendors.
Open the Payment Type dropdown.
Click Manage.
Click Edit next to the desired bank account.
You can view the saved bank account information, but you cannot edit the numbers after the account is first saved.
Future
The Future tab shows upcoming fee schedules and payment dates. This works similarly to the tenant Future tab described in Adding, Editing and Deleting Future Invoices.
Details
The Details tab contains the full vendor profile. See Adding, Editing, and Deleting Vendors.
Footer options include:
Get Vendor Online / Login as Vendor: Provides online portal access, similar to Giving Tenants Online Access.
Attachments: Upload and manage vendor-specific attachments.
Transactions
Use the Transactions tab to review transaction history and details. See Viewing and Editing Transactions.
Messages
Use the Messages tab to send messages to vendors individually or in groups. See Messaging Multiple Recipients.
Additional Functions
Use Multi Pay to process payments for multiple vendors. See How to Process Multiple Vendor Payments Using Multipay.
Use Send to send an email or text to vendors. See Messaging Multiple Recipients.
Use Actions for additional vendor management options, including:
New Vendor: See Adding, Editing, and Deleting Vendors.
CAM & Expense Recovery: See CAM Charge Structures.
Vendors can also interact with the Maintenance page similarly to tenants. See the Maintenance page video. Vendor permissions and visibility can be managed through Settings > User Roles, then assigned from the vendor’s Details tab. See Adding/Editing User Roles.
